Large storage tanks are crucial in addressing the pressing water crises of both present and future. Our expertise also covers petroleum and oil storage tanks, demonstrating our versatility across industries.

Our experience includes building the world’s largest storage tanks in Saudi Arabia, complying with strict API and AWWA standards. Starting from 2014, just in 4 years, we have completed tanks with a combined volume of 5,000,000 cubic meters.

For SWCC, we accomplished and successfully finished the steel storage tank project with 30,000 cubic meters with fixed roof in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

In another notable project for the National Water Company in Saudi Arabia, we efficiently designed, fabricated, and installed a 190,000 cubic meter water tank just within eighteen months. Our team also engineered and crafted essential components like the dome roof, managing complex lifting tasks to provide customized end-to-end solutions.

DOME LIFTING

The process of dome lifting is an intricate and delicate operation that requires the utmost precision and care. It’s absolutely vital to ensure that the dome is lifted as a single, unified structure, without causing any damage to the various segments or components of the architecture.

Our bespoke design and engineering prowess, in conjunction with our robust capabilities involving an impressive array of 72 synchronized lifting jacks, have allowed us to achieve remarkable success in this field. We have successfully managed to lift a total of 25 massive roofs, each boasting a substantial radius of 100 meters, as one cohesive unit.

TANK MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Successful fabrication is paramount for achieving storage tank project success since timely and precise delivery of structured materials is crucial in this endeavor. To ensure seamless operations and meet the needs of our customers in the storage tank industry, we offer comprehensive facility construction services, that includes the required equipment and production lines.

In the UAE, we established a state-of-the-art steel construction factory spanning 10,000 square meters within a 30,000 square meter yard. Equipped with transfer cars boasting a 50-ton capacity, this facility is designed to handle 50,000-60,000 tons of steel tank work annually. Our team oversaw the design, construction, and installation of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. This facility operates under the Atlas Steel Co.

We constructed another cutting-edge storage tank factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Covering 10,000 square meters within a 15,000 square meter yard, this facility is capable of handling 20,000-25,000 tons of steel tank work per year. From 2013 to 2014, we managed both the construction and operation of this facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This facility operates under the management of Mipe Co.

We are capable of design and built equipment for storage tank manufacturing facility.

Welding is crucial for storage tank installation. In that matter, we designed and successfully built automatic welding machines in 2021-2022 for Atlas Steel Co. We are the only team with this expertise as a tank manufacturer.
